Detailed Information on the XEO VOID
Void products are one of the very few TPD2 (Tobacco Product Directive) compliant sub ohm pen vaporizer products. Thanks to the use of the highest-quality raw materials, the VOID Vaporizer Starter Kits are uniquely designed to eliminate the inhalation of any carrier chemicals or contaminants that may contribute to any health complications. Designed to be uniquely user-friendly the VOID works to limit exposure as much as possible while providing the most pleasurable vaping experience.
XEO VOID provides an excellent balance of ingredients and heats in their products. Careful construction goes into each product, providing a cleaner alternative to the hazards of standard E cigarettes and vapes. The net benefits to one's health are obvious on a scale of health risks, considerably lower.
Leak Proofing - Leak Free Vaping
Your Void device is manufactured with precision so will not leak providing you use the product and parts correctly. Where any leaks have occurred, we have solved almost all by taking the following steps.
- When using the tank for the first time ensure all the parts of your tank are tightened properly, this involves finger tightening then an extra 1/16th turn
- Ensure the O-ring seals are correctly in place
- Make sure the coil in the tank is finger tightening then an extra 1/16th turn
- When cleaning or replacing the coil carry out the above procedures.
- Ensure you have the correct temperature/power settings for your particular device. Coils for example have ratings and should be kept within maximum and minimum recommended settings. Too high and your device will pop and crackle which may cause spots of e liquid to escape via the air-intake.
Where product has been returned, we have found that TIGHTENING the PIECES properly resolves any leak issue.

This was my 2nd order from this company and I'm highly satisfied with the service products and delivery of the items I purchased. Oddly enough I used to order from another company in the United States that no longer carries this item I need and it took longer to receive them from within my own country then getting them from overseas. My atomizers are for my Void and I love this device. It does not leak and it works every time without fail. To those who are worried about ordering from a company so far away, don't be!! Awesome company, great products, fast shipping considering the distance. They have everything you need for your XEO Void which is my favorite vape. The company in the States I was getting them and my atomizers from stopped selling them for some unknown reason, can't understand why. The void is well built and leak proof. Excellent service and shipping!
I used another company that I like but was out of stock for my Void ECig for MONTHS claiming it was back ordered. I searched for another business that sold these atomizers and to my surprise Pure E-Liquids did. Being an overseas company I was thinking I might get hosed but this company is a lifesaver. The price is equal and shipping is actually faster then getting from the other company. You now have a new customer. By the way I'm still waiting for my other supply from the other company that I ordered back last October 2017!
