Help stop smoking
Need to stop or cut down on smoking. Used an e-cig but found it heavy, bulky and a pain to fill etc. On holiday and IQ Air was being promoted. Bought a kit, so much lighter, slim, easy to fill with the refills and the battery takes virtually no time to recharge.Like the strawberry and menthol refills. Have cut down to just a few cigs a day and am feeling so much better breathing wise, Don't know if I will give up cigs altogether but the IQ Air really helps.
